Description:
Great opportunity for a talented and hands-on Designer. Ideal candidate will be able to lead a growing team, be extremely detailed and able to implement processes to accomplish quality creative within the assigned scope, timeline and budget. Ability to service a wide range of visual services for organizations, from corporate identity, to collateral design, to environmental, to interactive media on the web. Must be ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment, with creative that ranges from simple to high-end.
Responsibilities
• Provide and execute top-line creative-design solutions across business lines and media, such as collateral, events materials, invitations, and etc.
• Collaborate with other designers, writers, and production artist through all phases of creative development and production
• Facilitate workflow with timely response to corporate production needs
• Track time allocated to projects, and meet deadlines
• Provide and develop brand guidance and consistency
• Make design and creative judgments independently and confidently
• Deliver presentations to corporate teams on design proposals
• Mentor junior designers
• Contribute to ongoing development and organization of design tools, templates, digital assets, image library and creative resources
Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience
• Good editorial and typography skills
• Good corporate identity design skills
• Excellent proficiency with design applications
• Strong working knowledge of production techniques
• Strong conceptual thinker
• Able to articulate visual ideas and concepts, and strong presentation skills
