Primary Job Responsibility: - Oversee and carry-out the producing, directing, shooting and editing videos for the weekend services (including the Tell Your Story video clips and short stories) and other ministries. Must be able to take a project from conception to completion. - Create motion graphic videos that are used as video bumpers and tie into the sermon series theme. - Collaborate in creative meetings to plan sermon series and contribute ideas. - Lead and build the volunteer video team (camera operators, grips, video editors, actors, script writers), which includes recruiting, scheduling, training and mentoring the team. Other responsibilities include: finding appropriate audio tracks, savings videos for the web, overseeing weekend video volunteers, video recording special events, and editing pre-existing videos for ministries.
